At GIYIM, we are committed to delivering your jewelry safely and promptly. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via reliable courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location:

• Within India: 3 to 7 business days
• United States: 3 to 5 business days
• Rest of the world: 7 to 10 business days

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status in real time.

Return Policy

We take great care in crafting and inspecting each GIYIM piece before it reaches you. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 3 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@giyim.in with your order number and reason for return. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that we do not accept returns for customized or engraved items unless they are damaged or defective.
